Terms and Conditions
Effective: January 1, 2022
By registering for our webinars, one-to-one mentorship, courses, and accessing any other resources or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
1.1. All mentorship charges, including instalments, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once paid. This applies regardless of whether students opt for complete counseling or limited counseling services.
1.2. Enrolling in our program reserves a dedicated slot in our exclusive cohort, which limits availability to other students. No refunds will be issued if a student discontinues services, chooses not to apply abroad, or decides not to attend sessions after registration.
1.3. If a student or parent terminates the program midway, they remain obligated to complete all remaining instalment payments. Resources are allocated at the time of enrollment, and obligations are considered fulfilled upon slot reservation.
1.4. Refunds will not be provided for reasons including (but not limited to): the student deciding not to proceed with applying to colleges abroad, failure to complete recommended activities, missing deadlines, not attaining required grades, or any other circumstances.
2. Admission Guarantees
2.1. Profile building and college applications are merit-based processes. While we provide guidance and support, Ivies Chase You does not guarantee admission to any college, university, or scholarship program.
2.2. Success in applications depends on the student’s effort, timely completion of recommended activities, and commitment to the process.
2.3. The advice provided by Ivies Chase You is to the best of our understanding and expertise; however, Ivies Chase You cannot be held liable for non-admission to any colleges or universities.
2.4. The results and statistics we present are based on past student cohorts and are intended to highlight trends and success stories. These results do not guarantee similar outcomes for every individual as admissions depend on numerous factors, including the student’s unique profile, efforts, and external variables.
3. Student and Parent Responsibilities
3.1. Students are responsible for submitting all required documents and forms in a timely manner. Delayed submissions may impact the progression of services but do not qualify for refunds.
3.2. Active participation and adherence to suggested timelines are essential for the success of the mentorship program. Ivies Chase You reserves the right to modify timelines to better serve the student’s goals.
3.3. In the case of students enrolled for one-to-one mentorship, all communication between scheduled meetings occurs via email. Our mentorship approach is not based on weekly or monthly monitoring. It is the responsibility of the student and their parents to report progress and updates to us proactively.
4. Use of Resources and Services
4.1. Ivies Chase You provides proprietary resources, tools, and mentorship strategies tailored to each student. These resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or repurposed without prior written consent.
4.2. Our cohort size is intentionally limited to ensure personalized attention. Once a slot is reserved, it cannot be transferred or deferred.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. Ivies Chase You values your privacy and ensures that all personal data shared with us will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.2. By enrolling, you consent to the use of anonymized data and testimonials for marketing or promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, including webinars, presentations, and guides, is the intellectual property of Ivies Chase You and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Students and parents are granted limited, non-exclusive access to resources as part of the mentorship program.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Ivies Chase You is not liable for missed opportunities, deadlines, or outcomes resulting from the student’s lack of engagement or adherence to recommended activities.
7.2. While we make every effort to provide accurate guidance, external factors such as changes in university policies or application processes are beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Ivies Chase You reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
By engaging with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
